Tormod Heier

Tormod Heier is a Lieutenant Colonel and is employed at the Norwegian Defence University College. He has experience from service in the Army, Ministry of Defence, Intelligence Service, Institute of Defence Studies (IFS), and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). He is the editor of several books on Norwegian defense and security policy.
