Thomas Halvorssen

Thomas Halvorssen is a Colonel in the Norwegian Army. He is the manager of the Norwegian contribution to the US-led Multinational Capability Development Campaign (MCDC) and a former Senior Advisor and Researcher at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI).
